Emotional Eating

Do you desperately want to lose weight?  

Are there certain foods that you just can’t resist and your love of them stops you from losing weight? 

Do you find that you have this uncontrollable desire to eat when you feel stressed, bored, lonely, anxious or sad?

If this is you, then you are probably an emotional eater. Emotional eaters can’t resist food when they feel certain emotions and this stops them from losing weight. 

Not many people know this…….but the main reason why emotional eaters find it hard to stop eating at certain times is that they have subconscious beliefs that are controlling their behaviour.

Until these beliefs are identified and changed, an emotional eater will find it very hard to stop eating certain foods and will therefore find it difficult to lose weight. Unfortunately they are unaware that they are battling against their subconscious mind.

For someone to break this frustrating pattern, they need to make changes to their subconscious minds, so that it is free of the blocks and is able to help them to lose weight.

The good news is that this is possible!

This is because there are a variety of techniques that can be used to change the subconscious mind and eliminate the blocks that prevent someone from eating healthily.

I help my clients to do the inner work that it needed to change their subconscious minds, so that they can either reduce their emotional eating or be free of it
